About the Role:
Due to successful tendering and a healthy forward order book, Our Client is looking for an experienced Commercial lead to head this department based at their HQ in Essex. Candidates, must be proven in the Dry Lining or Cladding sector- with experience working for a rival contractor. This is an opportunity where, performance will allow you to climb seniority ranks within the business.

Our client will consider applicants who aspire to this level on individual merit and demonstrated success and are ideally looking for a candidate who is degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a quantity surveying position.
