WE ARE 200 years of history and over 2,300 employees strong. WE ARE a business loaded with opportunity and career progression. WE ARE innovators, designers, makers and engineers who manufacture and provide smart, efficient, and effective building products and solutions.
We are fully committed to a net zero future and continue to invest in expertise and product development to manufacture more efficiently and sustainably. We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for today and for a new era.
To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Ibstock, Leicestershire.
As our Resourcing Advisor, you will join a team with big ambitions. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting the business with all aspects of the Resourcing lifecycle. You'll work closely with our Hiring Managers to understand their vacancy requirements, collaborate on attraction and selection methods, and provide advice and guidance to ensure we find the very best talent for our business.
It's a two-way process, so you'll also be committed to providing our candidates with the best experience - ensuring they are supported, well-informed, and that role match is mutual. Our people are much more than 'just a CV', and we want you to be naturally curious in order to explore their requirements too.
No two days are the same in our Resourcing Team - you will be involved with recruitment across all of our business divisions and functions. You'll also be joining a team that advocates continuous improvement, so we’ll be looking for you to get involved with key projects around Hiring Manager Capability, Employer Brand & Social Media, Process & Policy, and Community Engagement.
As our Resourcing Advisor, you will have some key accountabilities:
1. Auditing vacancies on our ATS, ensuring correct approval to hire.
2. Creating compelling advertising copy for our Careers Page/Social Media.
3. Sourcing high-calibre candidates via appropriate channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media).
4. Supporting with CV screening & candidate shortlisting.
5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews for our Hiring Managers.
6. Providing weekly & monthly reporting metrics as requested.
7. Managing our central inboxes, processing invoices for payment & providing flexible administrative support as required.
And ideally, we'd like you to have most of the following:
1. Good understanding of MS applications.
2. Ability to manage/prioritize your workload in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
3. Good communication skills with a desire to build strong working relationships.
4. Experience maintaining a CRM, ATS, or similar database.
While previous experience within an agency or internal recruitment environment could be beneficial, we'd also like to hear from you if you are looking for your first step into the world of Resourcing/HR.

If you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Please note, it is our policy to verify all relevant qualifications. You will be required to provide substantive proof of your qualifications, which we can verify with the awarding body.
