Your role and responsibilities You will assist in the provision of a proactive, efficient and effective pensions service while being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records through to the calculation and payment of benefits in line with relevant legislation. carrying out a range of pensions administration duties within guidelines, including performing calculations and accurate checking of pension records, using procedures, legislation, policies and technical knowledge calculating the whole range of individual pension and related entitlements ensuring the pension service to customers is accurate, timely and complies with relevant legislation providing clear written and verbal information to customers and clients. You will need to work with a high degree of accuracy effective and demonstrable communication, organisational and time management skills the ability to remain calm under pressure and always meet deadlines to positively embrace changes to working practices and requirements.
