Required Skills & Experience To be successful in this Secondary Teacher role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Experience teaching RE in a Secondary School setting. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for RE. Excellent behaviour management skills to create a positive learning atmosphere. A passion for inspiring students and promoting engagement in Religious Education.
