We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a working and operational knowledge of concessionary travel. Please note – this is not a job in the travel or hospitality industry – this role is for someone with experience of assessing blue badge, freedom pass and taxi cards applications from residents.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, working on a small but busy team ensuring blue badges, disabled persons freedom passes and taxi cards are administered in line with legislation and guidance. In addition to the personal specification, we are looking for an individual who:
1. Has good organisational skills
2. Can work as an individual as well as part of a team
3. Has ideas about how we can do things differently and efficiently
4. Be able to work from the office as well as from home once trained
