Job summary We have a great opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse as a Triage practitioner for our Specialist Older Adults Service within High Weald Lewes and Havens Assessment and Treatment Service. If successful, you would join a dedicated and dynamic team, and would be fully supported and empowered to make a difference to creatively develop many new ways of working towards building safe and responsive quality mental health services fit for the future. The job role entails ensuring referrals into our Older Adults service are triaged and managed within the agreed time scales and appropriate to clinical need. You will need to possess excellent assessment skills, as well as having working knowledge of mental health services. As this post is at the front end of our service delivery, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to build trusting relationships with our partners.
