Job Title: Administrator Location: Isle of Skye Type: 12 Month Contract Salary - Circa £18 P/H Umbrella An excellent opportunity for Project Administrator to work for a leading renewable Company. You will be responsible for administrative support for all operational process, including project administration, purchasing requisitions and collating technical information. Day to day responsibilities will include organise team events & meetings, booking venues, catering etc. Manage travel arrangements and subsequent expense claims for team. Co-ordinate project sites visits. Support with completion of time sheets in Time Control and chase team to complete. Logging facilities supports Prepare reports from internal systems to provide project specific information i.e., for colleagues. Ad hoc / general admin support (typing up notes, photocopying / scanning, electronic filing) You must have experience within the renewable/built environment/engineering sector and be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.
