The People Administrator role provides administrative support for LWC and St Neot’s across a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to, recruitment, compliance, staff training, maintenance of people systems and personnel files.
This role acts as the first point of contact for People/HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
We have recently introduced a new People System at both schools. The role holder will work in collaboration with the rest of the People Team to support the next phases of this project, as well as the day-to-day activities described above.
This is a fixed term contract to assist the existing team members to meet key project deadlines, and to cover periods of planned staff absence during the busy summer months. Therefore, it is important to note that due to the operational needs of the team, annual leave will need to be avoided during the month of August.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on producing high quality error free work and success in this role depends on the ability to spot inconsistencies.
Please apply via our LWC website using the Hire Road platform. The closing date for applications is midnight on Monday 21st April, with interviews taking place during the week of 28th April. The college reserves the right to close the role early.
Should you wish to discuss the role in strict confidence please feel free to contact the People Team, people@lordwandsworth.org.
