They are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join theirr team for a 12-month fixed term, playing a pivotal role in managing key accounts and ensuring the smooth running of the engineering and manufacturing processes. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and commercial management of key customer accounts.
Key responsibilities - Key Account Manager
Generating quotations in coordination with internal teams.
Communicating quotations and project progress to customers.
Managing existing programmes, tracking open orders, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Addressing customer enquiries with the support of technical experts.
Engaging in commercial negotiations to ensure optimal use of capabilities.
Assessing the health, safety, environmental, and energy impacts of all activities.
Supporting the company's compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practices.
Key experience - Key Account Manager
