K.A.G. Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client, one of Europe’s leading privately-owned Food Manufacturing processor's to recruit an Accounts Administrator at their site based in Burradon.
Job Title : Accounts Administrator Location : Burradon, Near Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Salary: Competitive Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Finance Controller you will be responsible for processing invoices and providing support to the Logistics team as well as assisting the Financial Controller with weekly/monthly tasks. Duties:
* Review staff expenses
* Assisting Sales Ledger with orders and raising sales invoices
* Purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
* Stock reconciliations and assisting with daily costings
* Undertaking administrative duties relating to payroll
* Provide cover in respect of shipping and export documentation
* Administrative support to Livestock department
You will ideally have experience of working within an office environment with a desire to expand your knowledge within the Finance sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
