The successful candidate will be part of the School’s Administrative Team providing support across the Teaching and Learning Team, the Partnership Unit, the Research Team and the Bounds. You will work closely with the relevant Team Leaders and will report directly to the Deputy School Administration Manager. You will also be expected to provide support to other Learning and Teaching Support Team members and the wider School Administrative team, as required.
Applicants should be self-motivated, positive, and proactive, with proven experience of working in a busy office environment as part of a dedicated team. You should hold a good level of general education (Standard Grade or above) and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail, being able to use diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality as required. Candidates should be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes in a busy office environment and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 3, £24,606 – £26,038 per annum and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
