We have ambitious plans to become a market leading specialist within the build to rent sector and we have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Manager to join our Resales & Rentals team on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.
About You: You'll have relevant experience gained within a fast paced administrative or compliance environment, ideally with a property/tenancy related sector. A knowledge of tenancy related legislation and compliance will be a distinct advantage. You'll have the confidence to build great relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and be an innovative and creative problem solver.
Qualifications:
* 5x GCSE's Grade ‘C' or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Level 3 ARLA or Working towards Level 3 ARLA (desirable but not essential)
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong IT skills, knowledge of Google Workspace is preferential or an aptitude and willingness to embrace new technology
* Experience of Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential
* Organised, efficient and a natural multi-tasker
* Able to prioritise multiple demands on time
* Able to work to deadlines and work under pressure
* Maintains productivity with minimal supervision
