Accountant - 8 month FTC - Chester - Hybrid Working - £50,000 - £60,000
Your new company
Large services business in the Chester area currently undergoing a significant period of change and transformation.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll support the Group finance team with the financial year-end and the integration of a new ERP system.
Duties include:
1. Liaison between divisions and external auditors regarding information requests.
2. Monitoring of open divisional queries and follow-up to ensure timely closure.
3. Provision of information e.g. IFRS 16 Leases.
4. Adhoc reporting and analysis.
5. Assist with the ERP system integration process.
6. Reporting and analysis for stakeholders.
7. Review of payments and VAT activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally be a qualified accountant with previous year-end and system implementation experience.
