Field Service Projects – South West Water
As the Project Manager for the field-based team, you will be responsible for the smooth and successful delivery of leakage-related projects. You will liaise with key stakeholders from both the client and our delivery partners while ultimately reporting into the Aqualogic Water Services Director.
You will supervise the day-to-day running of the team, including recruiting and training, as well as contributing to the continual improvement of the methodology being used.
You will oversee a team of approximately 10 - 15 field-based staff members from technician to senior technician grade, while driving high standards of delivery. You will be required to attend weekly/monthly performance meetings, representing Aqualogic with key contract stakeholders (Performance Reporting will be supported by MS 365 and the Aqualogic Data Analytics team). You must ensure your team maintains Aqualogic’s health, safety, and wellbeing standards while adhering to any client requirements. Specification may vary from contract to contract, subject to client requirements.

You will also play an active role within the management of the Water Services Division, attending meetings and generally contributing to the smooth running of the division.
Main Duties
* Manage and maintain contract KPIs (key performance indicators).
* Recruit new team members within the delivery team.
* Support the training of new team members.
* Manage and supervise the field teams on a day-to-day basis, including HR, holidays, sickness, welfare, and wellbeing. Promote company safety, quality, and environmental policies.
* Process/audit timesheets ensuring accurate data is available for monthly client invoicing.
* Work with performance/reporting teams to maintain and, if possible, exceed standards.
* Work to achieve set targets within the business.
* Assist in improving processes, procedures, and productivity.
* Represent Aqualogic internally and externally in management or contract meetings.

* Analysts: Project information and data quality.
* Field Teams: Supervision, training, and support.

Responsibilities
As a Field Services Project Manager for Aqualogic, you will be expected to perform duties across a series of business areas. You will be issued with principal responsibilities along with daily project management tasks. Support will be provided by the Aqualogic senior leadership team if/as required, but in summary the principal responsibilities include:
* Strong communication and motivation abilities to effectively manage the performance of the field-based team working in the water industry.
* A highly organized and practical individual to ensure that all assets and people remain safe and compliant with the company’s requirements.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical information upwards to senior management and clients if required, and technically support field-based staff if required.
* A professional mindset that embraces growth and continual improvement.
Experience in this particular field-based activity is desirable; however, this can be trained, and other transferable technical experience will be considered.

* Water Industry/Leakage knowledge is advantageous.
