Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job Summary This is a 12-month fixed-term position. Under the supervision of the Sr Global Procurement Manager, the Procurement / Sourcing Associate, Clinical Ancillaries is responsible for : Procurement : the execution of the company's procurement activities to global and regional suppliers ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services Strategic Supplier Management : the identification of global and regional suppliers to ensure ancillaries can be optimally procured and distributed in multiple countries Scale of Responsibilities Procurement Process Management: - Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent shortages or excess stock. - Implement and maintainprocurementpolicies and procedures. Strategic Supplier Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with globaland regional suppliers based on the specificities of the regions - Keep an eye on supplier performance using essential metrics Contract Negotiation and Management: - Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cost Management and Analysis : - Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and cost analyses. Quality Assurance: - Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company's quality standards. - Address and resolve any issues related to supplier performance or product quality. Cross- functional Collaboration: - Great teammate Work closely with other departments, such as Business Development, Project Management, Finance and Logistics, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall company goals. - Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve procurement processes and practices.
