About the role
You will join a small, passionate and committed team that advocates effective child-centred, evidence-based practices. As an Educational Psychologist you will play a crucial role in delivering our statutory responsibilities, as well as our established and well-received traded service offer to schools. You will provide purposeful assessment linked to educational psychological principles and research. You are encouraged to incorporate early intervention strategies and systemic consultative approaches, psychometric investigation and therapeutic techniques.
This is your opportunity to positively influence the lives of our children and young people, enabling them to improve educational achievement, emotional well-being and achieve independence in their adult lives. You can look forward to developing a rewarding and diverse portfolio of activities.
We want you to apply if you:
* Hold a Post Graduate Degree in Educational Psychology and hold (or are working towards completion) a post-graduated qualification in Education Psychology.
* Share our values.
We strongly encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including but not limited to various ages, disabilities, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, beliefs, races and ethnicities. We aim for our team to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
