In this position, you will work closely with our marketing and digital team, creating highly engaging creative content across a wide variety of digital channels. You will take creative briefs from conceptual stage, right through to launch, resulting in user centred designs and content for our B2B and B2C customer base on a global scale. This opportunity is ideal for a well-rounded digital designer with a real creative eye, a good understanding of digital media, digital marketing campaigns and experience in UX. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to continue accelerating the growth of our customer centric, highly agile and multi-award winning brand. We are particularly interested in applicants who have applied experience within UX/UI design and/or video creation with experience of designing web sites and social posts/ads. Main responsibilities: You'll be working on projects spanning a wide range of disciplines, being exposed predominantly to design challenges such as full web concepts, social post design, email design. You will work with and support our development and project management team. You will: Work with the marketing team to concept, produce and deliver on a range of new, digital brand communications, multichannel campaigns and product launches. Devise creative solutions for a variety of requirements ranging from customer journeys to responsive web & mobile designs Working with the digital team to create low and high fidelity prototypes. Design UI / UX elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Create high quality video content to support our multichannel campaigns Support the offline and traditional design needs as and when required Qualifications / experience: You must have at least 2 years’ experience within digital design demonstrating an understanding of UX, design principles and ideally prototyping tools such as adobe XD. You must have a working knowledge and enthusiastic interest in any of the primary UX design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc… You should have applied experience and fluency of Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro and the full Adobe creative suite, along with knowledge of traditional design and content management platforms. You must have knowledge of website software such as Wordpress, Shopify. You should have an understanding of user-centred design principles. You should have some video editing experience. Additional skills in After Effects, Google Analytics, HTML and/or CSS would be desirable.
