Role: Contract HR Business Analyst

Location: Kettering - Two to three days per week on site
Day Rate: £425 per day
Duration: 6 weeks
Working as part of the HR team to support the requirements on a specific project in relation company wide communication channels. This will require working closely with HR and the support of in-house IT resources to clearly map the business requirements, as-is and to-be processes. The signed off requirements and the to-be end-2-end process will form the basis of a vendor offering assessment and map out the touch point on integrations with other applications and interdependencies.
A secondary purpose will also be to document the tasks and activities in decommissioning the existing intranet.
As part of this requirement is to have a new internal intranet system working across desktops, mobiles and tablets accessible to all employees and decommissioning the old system.
This is a 6 week assignment and specifically focused on a communication solution for HR.
We are looking for someone with experience that has been involved as a BA delivering a similar intranet / communication solution within a HR environment.
Starting as soon as possible and would primarily be taking a steer from key HR sponsors. Also working with a solution architect at times. The HR team have identified and shortlisted a solution, but they need to ensure that this solution is suitable and can integrate effectively.
You will need to be available within one week and be based within commutable distance of Kettering to be considered for this contract.
