We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Control Freaks in Holbeach on a full time, permanent basis. Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
Your role will be to assist with the day-to-day engineering administration duties ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained. Through good attention to detail, manage, organise, prioritise, and follow up on all administrative tasks to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain records and files
Purchase processing (RFQs, POs, Receipts and Allocations)
Stock control
Coordinate with suppliers & contractors via email / telephone
Sales processing (Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoicing)
Process enquiries, orders, and follow-ups with customers via email / telephone
Organise / handle accommodation, travel & expenses
Provide planned and reactive administrative assistance to the engineering team
To answer phone calls in a professional manner and prioritise and delegate to relevant team members
