Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
* Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
* Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents.
* Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Financial and Administrative Management:
* Process expenses, reimbursements, and banking tasks.
* Oversee budgets for executive-related activities.
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and business matters.
Team and Domestic Coordination:
* Liaise with and manage domestic tradespeople.
* Supervise and coordinate a small domestic team to ensure smooth operations.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Project Management:
* Utilise modern software (e.g., Google Suite, CRM systems, Airtable) to streamline processes and support project management.
* Confidently make and manage phone calls for scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
Requirements :
Essential Skills and Experience
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong proficiency in modern software tools, including Google Suite; familiarity with CRMs or Airtable is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in liaising over the phone and managing professional relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
