Job Description
* To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.
* Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses.
* Perform critical inventory system tasks including but not limited to releasing and processing Internal requisitions, 3PL receipting, sub-inventory moves, and approved stock adjustments.
* Review, troubleshoot and manually interface all open sales orders escalated by the CS SMEs for Clinigen and all 3PL warehouses. Actions include but are not limited to manual adjustments/movements due to interface, integration, or EDI failure. Raise and track IT tickets for any system-related issues that may arise, support with UAT and validation for any data fixes through to resolution. Report progress to customer services and key stakeholders until resolved.
* Run expired stock reports periodically and request approvals from stakeholders/business divisions. Liaise with Clinigen and 3PLs warehouses to process all approved destructions in a timely manner.
* Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer, cycle counts, and stock takes.
* Review inventory reports and monitor SKUs to highlight discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses.
* Respond to inventory inquiries internally and externally in a timely manner.
* Support with UAT and validation where applicable for new system updates.
* Nurture positive relationships with business functions and 3PL warehouse contacts and provide customer service as needed.

The Successful Applicant
* Experience of operating in a similar role is essential.
* Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.
* Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is advantageous.
* English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent).
* Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software and working with WMS is essential with a core understanding of system transactions and processes.
