About the role In this hands-on team management role, you will be responsible for scaling the growth and adoption of Flexion’s services, focusing on the world’s top mobile game developers and publishers. You will manage the sales team and sales pipeline. You’ll also be the voice of the customer to our internal teams helping to define our product and operations strategies and roadmaps. The position is based in London (Hybrid) or "remote" subject to agreement. Main Responsibilities Design, implement and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy to deliver Flexion’s revenue targets Build, nurture and lead the sales team to over achieve their KPI’s Establish long-term executive level partnerships with our key customers and prospects Work internally to deliver revenue generating solutions for our existing and prospective customers Establish internal visibility of the sales pipeline status About you 3 years of experience in a hands-on sales leadership role with a solid set of senior connections within the mobile games industry Successful and demonstrable track record of building and managing both local and remote sales teams and exceeding both individual and team sales targets Ability to deal with technical products and services and interact with the typical decision makers within mobile game studios and business development teams Comfortable with a fast changing industry landscape Required Skills and Experiences Proven success in delivering results and strong evidence of implementing asales pipelines preferably within the mobile industry. Sales Tools knowledge: The organization uses Monday.com for it's CRM; however, familiarity with other pipeline and CRM tools is also advantageous. Experience with mobile SDKs and general technology expertise in the mobile sector is desirable.
