Position Overview
The Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) Operations Management (OM) objective is to safeguard the Banks Production IT Services with impartiality and integrity by ensuring risks to the stability and integrity of the Bank are identified, made transparent, and appropriately managed. We provide impartial, data driven services that aid in the effective pro-active mitigation and management of risks to production services. In the event production impact occurs, restore services in a safe and timely manner, ensuring actions to prevent recurrence are identified and taken.
As part of the TDI OM End of Life (EOL) team, you will undertake analytical, governance and advisory duties relating to the Banks End of Life (Technology Roadmap Compliance) process (OS, Databases, Hardware, Middleware, etc). In addition, contribute to overall development of strategic initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Supporting governance leads to design, develop and maintain data visualisations that inform and engage IT operation stakeholders on key metrics, controls and insights.
* Being accountable for governance outcomes and planning for one or more functional areas within the EOL role.
* Analysing key performance indicators to identify underlying trends / issues within complex data and provide recommended corrective actions.
* Operating, supporting and documenting enhancement of controls/metrics and procedures and data quality management activities to assure report accuracy.
* Conducting trending analysis on complex data to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
* Owning BAU (Business as Usual) tasks and responsibilities as well as driving deliverables and requirements established by the EOL Leadership Team.
Your Skills And Experience
* Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management (End of Life software / hardware); IT Asset Management.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate data clearly and efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills and strong Excel capabilities.
* Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles (ITIL and SDLC).
* Experience interacting with Banking Regulators, Service Now experience and an ability to network across organisations.
