As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Managers to ensure that our homes meet the highest standards of care and comply fully with Ofsted regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidates must have their NVQ Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or NVQ Level 3 in Children’s residential.
* A Certified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification in Children's Residential Care or must be prepared to complete Diploma Level 5
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a children's residential setting or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families, and professionals
* To provide support and positive role modelling to the staff team (including completing supervisions)
* Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in supervising and developing staff
