My client is a reputable supplier of all-inclusive facilities management solutions.
They take pride in providing top-notch services that are customised to each individual client's demands.
They are looking for a Repairs Planner to join their team due to company expansion.
Job role: The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing a network of contractors to guarantee effective upkeep and repairs at their clients' homes.
Key responsibilities: Answering maintenance requests from clients over the phone and through our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system Planning and organising scheduled maintenance visits Using our CAFM technology and phone conversations to manage contractors collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues Managing processes and workflows using the CAFM system Regularly meeting with clients in person or through Teams Skills
- Essential: Strong problem-solving abilities with a rational and realistic approach to difficulties Strong experience working in a fast-paced help desk or call centre Outstanding experience with client service Outstanding communication abilities and an assured manner Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish constructive connections both within and outside Strong ability to maintain composure under pressure Being available to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
