OVERVIEW: We're looking for a highly experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a 9 month maternity cover. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping our digital marketing strategy, driving online engagement, and supporting our brand growth across multiple channels. You'll be working alongside a talented team and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns and marketing initiatives.
SALARY: up to £40,000 + 30% bonus (pro-rata)
REPORTING TO: Sales & Marketing Director
LOCATION: Ground Control - situated just behind Deansgate Train Station
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across CRM, social media, email, and website platforms.
2. Build and map CRM journeys, grow databases, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
3. Work with Atreemo CRM to develop and implement customer-centric campaigns.
4. Produce high-quality, engaging copy for various platforms including email, web content, and paid social ads.
5. Manage campaigns through the Toggle platform, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
6. Plan, execute, and analyze Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns in collaboration with agencies, driving effective targeting and engagement.
7. Oversee the management and optimization of WordPress websites, ensuring content is up to date and user-friendly.
8. Utilize Google Analytics GA4 to analyze and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
9. Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI across all digital initiatives.
KEY SKILLS:
1. Highly skilled in CRM management, with a strong ability to build and map customer journeys that enhance engagement and retention.
2. Proven experience working with Atreemo CRM to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
3. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content for various digital platforms.
4. Hands-on experience with the Toggle platform, including campaign creation and management.
5. Strong background in delivering Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and working collaboratively with agencies to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals.
6. Expertise in managing and maintaining WordPress websites.
7. Proficient in Google Analytics GA4, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
8. Experience managing and tracking digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
