Acting as the business owner both internally and externally for payments performance, issues, risks, technology and third-party requirements throughout the end-to-end payments activity for manual and automated payment processes
Day to day monitoring and engagement with third party suppliers who support the Financial Support Function
Working closely with the Group Head of Operational Insights and Outcomes to ensure that the Group\\\'s future direction in respect to payment services aligns with the current regulatory expectations and monitors industry trends
Interacting with Vendor Management regarding tender and renewal of supplier contracts
Leading, motivating and developing the payments team, providing required training to drive performance and achieve departmental objectives
5+ years experience of working at a senior manager level in a payment services function within Financial Services
~ Experience managing a large multi-site financial services function
~ Experience on contract monitoring, renewal and tender (in collaboration with Vendor management functions)
~ High levels of experience in identifying Risks and implementing controls
