An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. Full-time and part-time roles are available.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide vital support to fee earners, handling audio and copy typing, preparing legal forms (Oyez), and managing client correspondence.
2. Answer calls professionally, update client records, maintain accurate files, and arrange appointments.
3. Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and inputting data into the case management system.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
2. Fast and accurate typing speed.
3. Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
