For more information, visit www.pepsico.com The Engagement Co-ordinator is a key role in driving engagement on site and promoting both internally and externally the site as a great place to work. Leading the site’s yearly calendar of events, community related initiatives, healthy living initiatives and internal events working with UK Wide, Sector and Global D, E&I agendas and ERGs inputs. The role is critical to the ideation and execution of the events, including the generation/acquisition of materials, budget management and all associated communication to drive internal participation and external promotion of our EVP. Responsibilities Lead on site wide engagement activities: Through ownership of the Employee Forum, yearly calendar of events, working with the teams on driving and delivering all initiatives. Sponsorship of reward and recognition schemes / events – including identifying pipeline for global awards such as Circle of Champions and driving engagement and membership of related employee forums/committees. Working with the site teams to generate ideas and support on running internal Team Events/Activities. Working with the site leadership team on Organisational Health action planning, linked to survey outputs and input from employee forum. Overall accountability on a pre-defined budget associated with above. Lead on DE&I, community related work and healthy living, through: Working with Central Wellbeing and Culture & Inclusion teams, lead and take ownership for initiating and co-ordinating events/interventions that support this. Develop links and partnerships in the local community to support charities and fund raising, work placements and promotion of the site as a great place to work (Ambassador role with the soon-to-be-launched One Smile At a Time platform). Drive and build engagement with our Employee Resource Groups and associated activty. Lead on site wide communications, specifically: Able to design and write content for site wide communications (aligned to Corp Comms). Support branding of the site, working with central teams and site lead. Lead the coordination and production of the content for shift briefings. Support leadership team round tables with any actions/output from these. Take the lead on the creation of specific site events such as communications days, open days. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills – a role model for leading on engagement and participation. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational and planning skills - ability to prioritise tasks and achieve results/ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy. Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills. Highly motivated, with ability to work with minimal supervision. Proactive approach to idea generation and ability to run with ideas and bring them to life. Good team player, skilled at networking and collaboration – not re-inventing, always sharing best practice.
