Youth Support Worker – Child Care Officer

Quality Protects Children Ltd is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to bring their skills and compassion to our residential care homes for children aged 10–18.

Your Role:
1. Deliver exceptional care and guidance for young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.
2. Build meaningful relationships that foster growth, stability, and resilience in children.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a tailored care plan for each young person.
4. Work a minimum of 35 hours per week on a 12-hour shift pattern, including waking nights and weekends.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, preferably in a residential setting.
2. Strong understanding of child care legislation and issues in children’s social work.
3. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
