Billing Assistant/ Accounts Receivable Permanent £26,000Full Time HoursHybrid Working The role We are seeking a detail-orientated and meticulous Billing Assistant to manage complex billing for our customers. Will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining records and working to deadlines. Some of the key duties will be: Prepare and issue invoices to various legal entities of complex customers Track and manage accounts receivable. Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing issues, escalating where necessary Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with the preparation of financial reports. Confidently communicating with various stakeholders Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed. What we are looking for? This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to work for an expanding organisation to further develop their existing skills and experience. We would be particularly interested in individuals with the following skills and experience: AAT qualified or wanting to work towards this Strong Communicator - Confident liaising with a wide range of people Accuracy and able to deal with complex queries across various entities Proven experience within Billing or Accounts Receivable role Computer literate with MS Office and in particular MS Excel Able to work proactively using own initiative whilst still working well as part of the wider team.
