This is a really exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a growing company in Shropshire.
Our client is looking for a great communicator who has well-developed people skills, showing empathy and compassion whilst ensuring the needs of the business are maintained. You will be confident in managing, organising, and updating relevant data using database applications to ensure meaningful data is available for use within the Company whilst being able to utilise computer applications as and when appropriate to ensure the most efficient and effective means of communication or information is provided. Our client has advised that they would ideally want someone part time, around 25 hours a week. They are fairly flexible with shift patterns which can be discussed at the interview.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining HR records of all staff.
2. Creating and maintaining a software-based HR system.
3. Reviewing, updating, and maintaining all policies and procedures for HR.
4. Supporting with all recruitment duties from writing job profiles, advertising, screening CVs and assisting with interviews.
5. Answering employee enquiries and concerns.
6. Working with Accounts to manage payroll.
7. Sending out job offers, doing reference checks.
8. Developing the induction for new starters.
9. Managing the leaver process.
10. Assisting with any disciplinary and grievances if they arise.
11. Giving guidance to the Director on any HR related issues or concerns.
12. Manage training and Apprenticeships including funding applications.
13. Developing the HR function within the business.
14. Manage and further develop the Staff Appraisal Process.
15. Take a key role in the PIPEKIT Social Team.
16. Work with our chosen charity partner to engage the team to get involved with events.
The ideal candidate will:

Desirable Qualifications and experience:
1. A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
2. A relevant qualification in HR or Personnel.
3. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Above or Equivalent
