Contract hours: 30h per week
You will act as Office Administrator supporting the Service Leader with administrative and secretarial work. This will include planning calendars, organising meetings, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence, liaising with staff and recruitment team, your duties will also include assisting with the provision of a comprehensive range of administration activities in our office, including reception duties.
You should be able demonstrate a flexible approach to your working day to accommodate changing priorities. It is important that you can work independently. You should be able to follow processes in place as well as using your own initiative and available resources to problem-solve.
Ideally you will:
