Our client is a well established food manufacturing company based near Dungannon, and are currently on the market for an experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain their UK accounts. The successful Account Manager will build strong customer relationships and should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Manage customer expectations, ensuring sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders Management of Service Level Agreements Arranging and attending client/potential client meetings where applicable Compose relevant proposals for potential customers Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries and customer enquiries Be commercially aware of competitors and aim to stay ahead Generate innovate insights from market analysis Criteria: Minimum of 1-2 years relevant account management experience Experience within the food, FMCG or other manufacturing sectors Strong commercial awareness Organised and able to prioritise own workload Excellent negotiation skills Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines Good communication skills Salary is dependant upon experience and in the region of £32-35k.
