Position Overview: As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain a unique hands-on experience in various aspects of the computing world. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll assist with product repairs, develop exceptional customer service skills, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment
Tasks
Responsibilities:
* Learn from experienced technicians by assisting with repairs and troubleshooting Apple products
* Develop customer service skills by greeting clients in a formal manner and offering solutions accordingly
* Contribute to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory
* Learn repairs and maintain a clean work environment
* Curate captivating social media content for our company
Requirements

* Strong passion for computing
* Basic computer literacy (Apple experience is a plus)
* Ability to work consistently under pressure
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Friendly and approachable with a commitment to customer service
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
* Confident spoken and written English
Education:
