We are looking to recruit a full-time Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our Waterlooville office. You will be the first key contact for our clients and visitors of Larcomes, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
In addition to Reception duties, the role will also include administration and secretarial duties for our Family & Litigation department.
* Assist with typing support
* Typing professional correspondence from dictation
* Assisting with administrative tasks to support the Family department
* Opening and closing files
* Operate switchboard to transfer calls
* Client card payments, banking and evening post
* General administration to support the office
You will have excellent typing skills, previous secretarial experience within a law firm is preferred.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, be pro-active & approachable with the ability to liaise with colleagues of all levels.
Sound knowledge in IT, including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
