If so, GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to support teachers and students in schools across Boston. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to support their learning, providing both individual and group assistance. You will play a key role in helping students stay engaged and motivated in their studies. To become a dedicated TA, what you have to do: Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management. Support students with their academic progress, both one-to-one and in small groups. Help students who require additional support to complete tasks and stay focused. Encourage positive behaviour and help foster a productive learning environment. Provide general support to the classroom to ensure smooth operation. Work with small groups of students to enhance their academic progress. Help with administrative tasks related to student progress and classroom organisation. Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback and advice. Provide general support across the classroom to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children as a Teaching Assistant or similar is preferred. CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or a related qualification. A degree in Psychology, Education or in a similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and on your initiative. Patience and a passion for supporting students in their learning.
