JOB TITLE: Billing Administrator

CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover - full time

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month-end billing and in the production of key accounting reports
2. Assist running Reports for Senior Management Team
3. Assist in raising Purchase Orders
4. Assist in Weekly and monthly billing procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A proactive approach
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal
* Flexible, able to plan, prioritize and manage workloads
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
