We are exclusively looking for a Regional Manager for a care provider in the Midlands, with a view to supporting a remit of care homes operationally to ensure high standards of care for elderly people. The group currently operates a remit of care homes across the Midlands and prides itself on being a value-based provider that empowers their staff and the vulnerable people they look after.
The purpose of the role is to support overall day-to-day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor, and guide Home Managers to drive KPIs to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be visible across all care homes within the remit.
* Possess expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers.
* Act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers.
* Drive KPIs and overall performance.
* Have current operational experience within the care home sector.
* Implement a high level of quality and compliance across the home, ensuring that the level of care exceeds expectations.
As the Regional Manager, you will be expected to drive performance around the delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence. It’s important to recognize indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them, as well as work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Home's business plan.

Requirements:
* Experience working as a Multi-site or Regional Manager within the social care sector.
* RMA level 4 / NVQ level 5 Management.
* Good relationship management skills.
* Exposure to and compliance with CQC.
* Passion for the care of elderly people (essential).
Location: This role covers care homes across The Midlands, England. It is commutable from Derby, Leicester, Stoke, Nottingham, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Loughborough, Ashbourne, and Nuneaton.

Summary:
My client is seeking an ambitious Regional Operations Manager with exposure to overseeing a successful remit of care homes, looking to make the next step in their career. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum plus benefits.
