To support our continued growth, we're looking for recent Graduates to become dynamic Lead Generators (Outbound Sales Advisors) to join our energetic Sales Team at our HQ in Bolton. What’s the Role? As a Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for driving new business by: Making outbound B2B calls to small business owners, engaging them in conversation, and exploring whether they’ve considered selling their business. Working with our state-of-the-art in-house CRM system to manage and track your leads. Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors when a business owner shows interest in taking the conversation further. Providing a caring, thoughtful, and thorough service to clients, handling sensitive and emotional conversations with professionalism and empathy. What We're Looking For: This role offers the chance to thrive in a niche sector, so we don’t require prior industry experience—what matters most is that you have: Brilliant communication skills – you can have an open and engaging conversation with anyone Sales experience – ideally B2B, but B2C experience works too. Relationship-building skills – you can manage sensitive conversations with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism. Self-management skills – you’ll manage your own time, working to targets and deadlines.
