Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing:
1. Develop and implement a marketing plan using the full marketing mix.
2. Manage and update the restaurant’s website to reflect menus, events, and news.
3. Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content that drives brand awareness.
4. Run email marketing campaigns to retain and attract customers.
5. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
6. Design and manage print marketing collateral, such as flyers, menus, and posters.
7. Secure press coverage and collaborate with local influencers to promote the restaurant.
8. Manage restaurant’s presence across key platforms such as Tripadvisor and Google Business.
9. Support team with events and campaigns to increase footfall and brand loyalty.
2. Sales & Business Development:
1. Generate leads for group bookings, catering, large parties, and events.
2. Build relationships with local businesses, universities, and community organisations.
3. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from private events and functions.
3. General:
1. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
2. Work within a limited marketing budget, finding cost-effective solutions to achieve goals.
3. Stay up to date on marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
