DESCRIPTION Working Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to get an extension based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Ability to follow build work instructions and product documentation. - Ability to communicate effectively with a team and different stakeholders. - Working on various prototype stages using hands tools, drawings, online documentation - Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently. - Health & Safety conscious - Maintain a clear workplace. - Willingness to learn and support other functions. - Basic understanding of the electrical equipment and battery assembly - Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. - Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams - Ability to follow and apply engineering concepts and mechanical processes during battery assembly. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Previous experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, hand & power tools. - Communicates effectively with the assigned team, stakeholders, and all support teams. - Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently. - Valid UK driving license (as travelling is included). QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience: - High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. - Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
