Tasks
1. Technical service support activities visiting our customers in the Midlands, UK region to ensure our metal lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the manufacturing process are in optimal conditions. Such as:
2. Responsible for the day-to-day routine testing of fluids on site and take remedial action when required.
3. Report to customer on necessary adjustments for fluid optimal performance
4. Acquire, record and analyze process and product usage data using our software applications.
5. Ensure all duties are carried out safely and efficiently as per regulations and customer expectations.
6. Maintain constant communication with the Quaker Houghton teams involved and the main customer stakeholders.
Requirements
7. A valid driving license is a must.
8. Must have basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel.

15. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED to become a Technical Sales Support professional. You will provide our customers in the Midlands region the agreed onsite service support. You will be mainly focused on testing, taking remedial actions and advising on all our product related issues and therefore developing a strong relationship with our customer.
