Position Details:
Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer
Location: Bedfordshire
Bedfordshire
Hours: Part-time
Start Date: T TBC(pending interview)
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Health and Social Care that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles
* Teach and demonstrate key concepts and practical skills relevant to the health and social care sector
* Provide m,mentorship support, and constructive feedback to students, fostering their academic growth and career aspirations
* Stay informed about the latest developments, practices, and policies in the field of health and social care to enhance learning experiences
Requirements:
* Proven experience in teaching Health and Social Care, with strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of the sector
* Previous experience as a Lecturer or similar teaching role, preferably within a college setting
* Minimum G GCSEqualifications in Maths and English
* Certification in teaching or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* A valid D DBScheck registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for one
