We are looking for highly motivated and performance driven individuals with previous pharmaceutical manufacturing / production experience, preferably within a clean room environment.
Successful applicants will work as part of the Sterile production team which manufacture, fill, inspect, assemble and pack sterile liquid products.

In this role you will
* Dispense raw materials/activities and manufacture products.
* Operate manufacturing equipment & CIP/SIP of vessels.
* Sterile manufacture of buffers and products including use of single use technology.
* Performing Filter Integrity Testing.
* Carry out MERPs transactions
* Stage required materials in line with production requirements.
* Order consumables from the Warehouse/External Suppliers.
* Completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
* Working on a variety of computer and automation systems.
* Manufacture Disinfectants
PLEASE NOTE: The Barnard Castle site runs a 7 day per week manufacturing operation. This role is within the site’s negotiated roles and is a shift-based position. The shift patterns are subject to change according to business requirements.

* Be able to apply current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), explaining its fundamental importance to pharmaceutical manufacture.

* Be able to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement.
* Have flexibility to work the defined shift patterns.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
* Be computer literate with experience or ability to learn quickly a number of different systems such as MERP, Dispense/Weigh Systems, Siemens PCS7, PIMMS, Microsoft Office, document management systems.
