The role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, and engaging with colleagues from across the workforce. As the first point of contact within the Ceredigion Workforce team for many staff, the successful individual will be someone who enjoys interacting with colleagues and who is able to prioritise an ever-changing range of tasks in support of the Workforce team.
Main duties of the job
As a member of the Workforce team, you will communicate regularly with colleagues across Workforce and Organisational Development and frequently with managers and staff alike across all areas of the workforce on a wide variety of employment related matters.
With excellent administrative and IT skills, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of employment policy and procedures.
