Morgan Hunt has various opportunities for experienced Customer Service Administrators with our Higher Education client based in Glasgow.
* Temporary role - starting immediately until at least the end of March
* Pay rate £12.92
* Office based - no hybrid working option
Job duties:
* Build and develop a knowledge of Admissions processes, legislative and compliance procedures
* Managing Admissions related enquiries via various channels - email, telephone and face to face
* Pre-application support for students prior to submission to enhance application quality
* Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders within Admissions to support with the enquiry management
* Completing various administration tasks in relation to the Admissions process
Skills and experience:
* First class customer service skills
* Competent IT skills particularly with MS office packages
* Database management and experience working with bespoke databases
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Experience working in a customer service environment
* Higher education experience would be beneficial
