Job Description What You’ll Do: • Act as the first point of contact for escalations beyond the remit of Support Services for Sun Systems and Q&A. • Manage and resolve escalations within approved timelines. • Support the Director of Finance Systems during Month-End and Year-End closures. • Maintain and enhance support relationships with key stakeholders across Hotels and Corporate entities. • Audit and manage financial system user access for Sun Systems and EPM, ensuring security protocols are upheld in collaboration with Ennismore Technology Teams. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product configuration standards. • Provide ad hoc user training for Hotel and Corporate entities. • Monitor and address failed automations on an ad hoc basis. • Provide ongoing support for Ennismore Invoice Workflow (AP) and the Purchase Ordering system. • Assist the Director of Finance Systems with projects requiring ION and Sun Systems adjustments. • Assist with projects requiring integrations and implementations for Sun Systems.
