Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with a Global Wealth Management Organisation on the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Joining a Small Team you will report directly to the Senior HRBP and help mentor the a Junior HR Executive.
This is a full HR Generalist role with a heavy presence on Employee Relations. You will have exposure across all levels so you will need confidence in communicating with senior employees and the ability to deal with a variety of cases from start to finish.
Your background will ideally be linked to the professional/financial services sector however this is not essential. You will just need to have experience within fast paced commercial type organisations.
Several years performing as an HR advisor will be required to be successful in this position.
Key skills required
·3+ years experience as a Generalist HR Advisor
·Exceptional knowledge of ER and UK employment Law
·Ability to provide 1st class HR Advice and guidance
·Proven stakeholder management across all levels
·CIPD Qualified
·Experience within the Professional Services sector (beneficial but not essential)
This organisation offer hybrid working of 3 days office 2 from home and are conveniently located near Bristol Temple Meads station
The salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus and bens
