What You’ll Do:
For Project Managers:
* Lead landscape construction projects from start to finish
* Manage budgets, schedules, and teams to make sure projects stay on track
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
For Project Engineers:
* Assist with managing and supporting active projects
* Handle project documents, submittals, and change orders
* Communicate with teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
For Estimators:
* Prepare cost estimates and material takeoffs for upcoming projects
* Work with the project team to ensure accurate pricing and budgets
* Review plans and specifications for project requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for landscape construction and commitment to quality work
* 2+ years of experience in landscape construction, project management, or estimating
* Familiarity with union jobs and public works projects is a plus
* Experience with software like Procore, Sage, OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is helpful
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
